Application:

• A sensor's sensitivity indicates how much the sensor's output changes when the input quantity being measured changes. For instance, if the mercury in a thermometer moves 1 cm when the temperature changes by 1 DegreeC, the sensitivity is 1 cm/ DegreeC (it is basically the slope Dy/Dx assuming a linear characteristic).

The setting is by 2 sets of push to set switch and trimpot. Trimpot is available as ten turn trimpot. The trimmer is used for setting the trimpot. Two relays corresponding to each set point are used in Heater / Heater, Heater / Blower and Alarm / Alarm Modes

Temperature Indicator/ Controller with Set point Display - Nippon 2020D

Gas Filled Temperature Gauge

The instrument is filled with inert gas. If the temperature changes, the internal pressure will also change. The pointer is moved by the action of the pressure via a measuring tube. To compensate for the ambient temperature, a bimetal element is mounted between the movement and the measuring tube. Gas-actuated temperature gauges are available with scale ranges between -200 ... +700 °C in accuracy class 1

General Information
Orion Instruments has introduced a new range of temperature switches ideally suited for harsh and corrosive environments often found in many process applications. These switches can be mounted remotely with capillary. These are available with an IP 66 enclosure protection and ranges from 25C up to 215C(other ranges available on request).
