Rugged & reliable point level switch to detect blocked chute. It is side mounted at lower level of chute or tank.
Its a two part system consisting of a disc type sensor and acontroller. The sensor is mounted on the chute and wired to thecontroller. The increased presence of material in front of the sensorincreases the capacitance and initiates an o/p relay.
Features :
- Flush mounted probe forms a part of chute wall, nothing protrudes to interfear or abstruct material flow.
- Minimum Maintenance due to "No moving parts" .
- Three element coat guard technique to ignore any builtup or coating or dust condition leading to false signals.
