PHASEL

The dual pump starter panel is state of the art Micro Controller based. It measures Voltage and currents of both the pumps. It has user settable Over and Under Voltage protections. It provides for settable Overload, Under-load (Dry run) and phase unbalance protections as well. In addition phase reversal and single phase protections are also provided. It also provides for by-passing of certain protections if not desired.

User can select measurements either conductivity or TDS . Pressing SET key will change the controller from run mode to set mode. In the set mode user can select conductivity or TDS measurements. After the selection set menu shows setting for the same. User can change the following parameters using INC/DEC key and SET key. If conductivity/ TDS goes beyond the High alarm set point Display will show C-HI/t-HI Message. And if conductivity goes beyond the Conductivity High set point then Relay will trip. Sense time is provided for relay to trip.

Disc Rf Admittance - DRFA:
Rugged & reliable point level switch to detect blocked chute. It is side mounted at lower level of chute or tank.

Its a two part system consisting of a disc type sensor and acontroller. The sensor is mounted on the chute and wired to thecontroller. The increased presence of material in front of the sensorincreases the capacitance and initiates an o/p relay.

This feature is automatically enabled for every application and basically takes continuous sample snapshots to reference the return signal against. If you refer to the raw processed signal opposite as shown in diagram 1 a rogue parasite at the front end can be seen periodically. The software will then reference the parasite against stored reference data so it then has the ability to ignore the false signals from internal tank obstructions such as down pipes, nozzle reflections, stirrers etc.

RF Admittance Point Level Switch 'RFA'

Consists of a Sensing Probe with Electronic switching unit Integral with the Probe. The Sensing Probe comprises of 3 elements viz. Sensing rod, SS Coat guard Shield and PTFE Insulation for Liquids / Ceramic insulation for Solids & Slurries. At Power On, Unit will enter ‘Run Mode’, and will have a scrolling parameter display consisting of R-Y Voltage & R, Y, B current drawn by each phase & Coverage range of GSM Modem. In Run mode Relay may turn OFF depending on the occurrence of fault, ALARM indications for the particular fault will glow on the front panel of unit. Faults such as over / under load, will turn off relay and faults such as over / under voltage will turn off voltage relay. Manual control for restart after occurrence/clearance of fault has been programmed therefore user has to press decrement key to restart the unit. The unit will resume Run mode if fault disappears after delay. The Front panel provides fault indication by glowing red led’s for over/under voltage, over/under load, single phasing, unbalance & phase reverse. User can view the parameters in Run mode display and can ‘Hold’ any Run mode parameter by pressing increment key in RUN mode. If Auto timer Enable(Auto) is Yes then pump will run for time set in Auto Timer(Auto),it is applicable in Both(Auto/Manual) mode
